Hand Dyed Yarn

Skeins are dyed in small batches and hand dyed yarn is unique in that no two skeins are identical. If you are working on a project with multiple skeins, we highly recommend alternating skeins to avoid pooling and to blend them together.

Although every care has been taken during the dye process, some colour may bleed during the first wash.

Care Instructions

Hand wash using a wool detergent, ideally below 30°C, avoid wringing and twisting.  Dry flat out of direct sunlight, do not spin or tumble dry.

Each skein is thoroughly rinsed, however please be aware that some additional bleeding may occur for the first few washes. You can include a colour-catcher for added protection.
